John joined Craig-Hallum in 2025 as Head of Strategic Markets, bringing more than two decades of leadership in institutional sales and trading. He most recently served as Senior Vice President at Tradition Securities & Derivatives following its acquisition of Agency Trading Group, an institutional brokerage he co-founded and led for 16 years, known for its high-touch execution and tactical market expertise across equities, derivatives, and fixed income. John earned his BS in Finance from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
