Chief Executive Officer
Steve became CEO of Craig-Hallum in 2020 after more than 15 years as a senior research analyst with the firm. He brings a hands-on, research-driven perspective to leadership and remains actively involved in equity research. Steve’s market insights have been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, and NPR, and quoted in The Wall Street Journal and Barron’s. He also serves on Craig-Hallum’s Board of Governors. He earned his BA from Marquette University and MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Kevin Harris
President & Founding Partner
Kevin serves as President and a Founding Partner of Craig-Hallum, leading and executing hundreds of offerings that have raised several billion dollars of institutional equity capital for companies across all industry sectors. He also serves on Craig-Hallum’s Board of Governors. Prior to founding Craig-Hallum, Kevin began his career as an investment professional at Thomson McKinnon, later transitioning to institutional equity sales at Summit Investments. He earned his BA from Gustavus Adolphus College.

Rick joined Craig-Hallum in 2005 and leads the Investment Banking team. With over 30 years of experience, he has led hundreds of equity and M&A transactions for emerging growth companies. He also serves on Craig-Hallum’s Board of Governors. Before Craig-Hallum, Rick held a senior role at Dain Rauscher Wessels and began his career at Credit Suisse First Boston. He earned his BA from Amherst College and MBA from Harvard Business School.

Chief Financial Officer
Jeannie joined Craig-Hallum in 2011 and became CFO in 2015. Prior to Craig-Hallum, she spent 16 years on the buy-side as CFO and Director of Finance at Whitebox Advisors and Varde Partners, respectively. She earned her BA from University of St Thomas, and started her career in public accounting with KPMG, where she earned her CPA (currently inactive).

Jim joined Craig-Hallum in 2000 and was named Head of Capital Markets in 2023 after more than two decades leading the firm’s Institutional Sales efforts. He also serves on Craig-Hallum’s Board of Governors. Before joining the firm, Jim held roles at two regional investment banks and spent two years in the pharmaceutical industry. He holds a BA from the University of St. Thomas.
